Coaching

Career Coaching

Career coaching is most suited to individuals looking to be the best they can be either in their current role or with a view to a promotion.

We would initially advise a meeting with the individual to be coached to establish whether our coach is the right fit, followed by an initial session with the individual and their line manager or supervisor to align on the goals of the coaching.

​

All further coaching sessions would be confidential between the individual and their coach.

​

The number of sessions of coaching can be established during the initial session and extended or adapted as the coaching progresses.

Executive Coaching

You might be an Executive but you don't have to be.

​

Executive coaching will give unexpected space and freedom to find innovative solutions to challenges that we face in our working lives.

​

Whether you are faced with corporate restructures, dealing with challenging team dynamics or returning from extended leave, we can support you to navigate the environment and find your own solutions.

​

Bespoke Coaching Programs

We build bespoke coaching solutions for clients who wish to provide coaching to multiple individuals throughout an organisation.

​

Coaching has been shown to improve staff morale, retention and the likelihood of individuals progressing their career internally.  Coaching can also be particularly beneficial in supporting an organisation or group through periods of change.
